The Natural Body Care

The food that a person’s eat has direct impact and effect on one’s body. There are many studies and researches done on these aspects. Any doctor or nutritionist would advise their clients to have a balanced diet if they want to take good care of their bodies. The process of being beautiful through diet and nutrition maybe long unlike the cosmetics and other body care products that one uses which almost instantly deliver the results. But the difference lies on how long the effects last. With cosmetics, they can make a woman beautiful for few hours only, but proper diet and nutrition have a lasting effect on the body. To add to that, a well balanced nutrition will keep the body healthy and thus diseases are avoided.

To have a healthy body, one must eat lots of vegetables and fruits. They are very rich in fibre that the body needs for the proper functioning of the digestive system. In effect, it helps the body secrete unnecessary waste and toxins to keep the body clean and safe always. Other sources of food rich in fibres are cereals, oats and rice. Fruits and vegetables are considered very powerful antioxidants also. Antioxidants are responsible for the production of free radicals that help heal damaged cells. Many cosmetic and food supplement manufacturers would heap praises on antioxidant as the real source of the fabled “fountain of youth”. An ideal body care must always include fruits and vegetables in their diet. Aside from that, fruits and vegetables are also rich in other vitamins and minerals that the body needs.

If a person cannot become a full pledge vegetarian, then she can at least reduce her intake of meat. Meat is the major source of unsaturated fats which is leads to high cholesterol. High cholesterol may lead to other serious diseases including a possible stroke. If one cannot totally avoid meat and skinless poultry, then she should go for the lean meat. The avoidance of fat is necessary at all cost. Body care demands a lot of sacrifices if one wants to have a healthy and beautiful skin.
